Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These Terms apply to your use of Yuniqa.
1. Contracting party and scope
These Terms are a contract between you and Yuniqa OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 17568749), Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Its contact addresses are listed at yuniqa.ai/legal.
These Terms form the consumer contract for access to Yuniqa's website, web and mobile applications, AI assistant, mini-apps, connected services, subscriptions, credits and related features. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and does not replace these Terms. If you use Yuniqa for work, Section 16 sets out the limits that apply to you.
2. Eligibility and accepting the Terms
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into this contract. By continuing to create an account after the Terms and Privacy Policy links have been shown, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Yuniqa records the account, date and time, displayed wording, continuation action, and the accepted Terms and Privacy Policy versions, with links to those versions.
If you use Yuniqa for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to act for it, but the consumer protections in these Terms apply only where you legally qualify as a consumer.
3. What Yuniqa provides
Yuniqa is an AI-powered productivity service that can provide conversations, access to multiple models, web search, files and image workflows, voice, persistent memory, agents, scheduled or triggered actions, integrations, email tools, public or shared content, optional finance features and some optional Yuniqa AI features. Availability depends on the platform, country, plan, permissions, connected services and provider capacity.
The ordering screen will state the essential characteristics, price including taxes, billing period, renewal, included credits or limits, minimum technical requirements, interoperability restrictions, subscription duration and termination method before you pay. Yuniqa offers two paid plans, Standard and Premium, billed monthly through the App Store, which shows the price in your currency, taxes included, before you pay; a plan may start with a free trial shown before you subscribe. Yuniqa works in the iPhone and iPad app (iOS 17 or later) and in current versions of the main web browsers, with one account. Yuniqa provides the updates the service needs, including security updates, for as long as it supplies the service to you.
4. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your device, authentication method and recovery channels secure; do not share an account unless the plan expressly allows it.
- Tell Yuniqa promptly about suspected unauthorised access or misuse.
- You are responsible for activity you authorise, but not for unauthorised activity caused by Yuniqa's breach of its duties.
- Do not create accounts through deception, impersonate another person, evade a suspension or use automated registration without permission.
5. AI models, outputs and important decisions
You may select a model, or Yuniqa may route a request based on the feature, availability, safety and plan. Relevant prompts, files and context are sent to the provider needed to perform your request. Provider availability, limitations and output can change. Yuniqa will not switch a paid consumer to a materially different service without the notice and remedies required by law.
- Verify output before relying on it, publishing it or acting on it.
- Do not use output as the sole basis for decisions about a person's health, safety, legal rights, credit, employment, housing, education, insurance or access to essential services.
- Outputs may not be unique, and another user may receive similar output.
- Yuniqa does not guarantee that output can be copyrighted, registered or used without third-party rights review.
- You remain responsible for instructions you give and for your lawful use of output.
6. Connected accounts, agents and automations
When you connect a third-party account, you authorise Yuniqa and its integration provider to access the scopes shown and to send the actions you request. You confirm that you own or are authorised to use the account and data. Third-party terms continue to apply.
- Review the target account, data, recipients, schedule and action before approval.
- Use confirmation or approval guards for consequential actions and do not intentionally bypass them.
- Monitor scheduled and trigger-based agents; pause or revoke them when no longer needed.
- Yuniqa is not responsible for a third party's independent outage, policy, decision or unauthorised change, but remains responsible for its own contractual and statutory duties.
- Disconnecting an integration stops new access after processing completes; it may not undo actions already sent to the third party.
Your crew's computer
Crew members can use their own computer in the cloud, with a browser, to visit websites, use the accounts you sign in to there, fill in forms and run programs for you. The first time a crew member needs it, Yuniqa shows you a short notice and asks you to accept it. Your acceptance is recorded with its date and the wording you saw, and it covers your whole crew.
By accepting, you acknowledge that AI can get things wrong, including when placing orders, making payments or sending messages, and that you are responsible for what you ask your crew to do and for checking anything important. Yuniqa tries to stop important steps, such as payments and orders, and ask you first, but cannot guarantee that it catches every one. A mistake of this kind, within what you accepted, is not a defect of the service, and Yuniqa is not liable for it.
7. Subscriptions, credits and payment
Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. The full price, taxes, billing frequency, included limits and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Purchases are handled in the mobile app through Apple and Superwall, with the store acting under its purchase terms.
- Authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the price and taxes shown.
- Subscriptions are bought through the App Store, so you cancel the renewal in your Apple subscription settings; in the app, Me, then Withdraw from contract here, takes you there. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless law or the checkout states otherwise.
- Changing or removing the app does not by itself cancel a store subscription.
- Yuniqa works with weekly credits. Each plan gives a number of credits every week, shown in the app and before you subscribe. Each request uses credits according to the work it needs (the model, its length, tools, images or voice), and the app shows your balance. Credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC; credits left at the end of a week do not carry over. Credits are not money: they cannot be bought on their own, transferred or exchanged for cash, and unused credits are not refunded. This does not reduce any refund the law gives you. When your credits for the week run out, the features that use them pause until the next reset or until you change plan.
- Refunds remain available where required by withdrawal, conformity, store or other mandatory law. These Terms do not impose an absolute no-refund rule.
For a price increase or materially adverse subscription change, Yuniqa will provide clear advance notice and any right to reject or terminate required by law. The new price does not apply retrospectively.
8. Fourteen-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you can withdraw from your first subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store, so Apple handles the withdrawal and the refund under its own terms: ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your purchase receipt. In the app, Me, then Withdraw from contract here, records your withdrawal, emails you an acknowledgement of receipt and takes you to Apple's refund request. You can also send an unambiguous statement, or the model form in Section 20, to billing@yuniqa.ai before the deadline. Yuniqa then ends your subscription and helps with your request, but it does not hold your payment: Apple decides and pays the refund.
Before the purchase screen opens, the app asks you, with a box that is never ticked in advance, to request that your subscription start straight away. That request does not remove your right of withdrawal, but if you made it, the refund may be reduced by the days you already used. The right of withdrawal applies to your first purchase of a plan, not to its automatic renewals.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity for digital services
Consumers benefit from any mandatory legal guarantees that apply to digital content and services in their country. Depending on applicable law, these rights may include receiving a conforming service and necessary updates, correction without unjustified delay or charge, a price reduction, or termination and reimbursement. These Terms do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
10. Your content and permissions
As between you and Yuniqa, you retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Yuniqa a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, transmit, transform and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy, honour your sharing/publication choices and comply with law. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, technical backup delay and copies independently made by authorised recipients.
To the extent Yuniqa has rights it can grant in generated output, it assigns or grants those rights to you for lawful use, subject to third-party rights, model/provider terms and the possibility that output is not protectable or unique. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content and personal data you submit or publish.
11. Sharing, publication and moderation
Yuniqa distinguishes private, shared and public content. If you publish an agent, a generated app or other content, anyone may be able to access and copy it. Remove confidential information and verify the visibility setting before publication. Sharing with a named person gives that recipient access under the displayed scope.
Yuniqa may restrict visibility, remove content, disable an action or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or enforce these Terms. Where required, Yuniqa will explain the main reasons and provide an internal complaint or appeal route. Emergency or legally prohibited disclosures may limit advance notice.
Reporting illegal content. Anyone can report an app, agent or shared item they believe is illegal or breaks these Terms, in the app (Me, then Report content), through the Report link shown on every published app, which opens an email to Yuniqa, or by email to reports@yuniqa.ai. Give its address, explain why, and confirm that you report in good faith. Reports of child sexual abuse material are handled first. Manifestly unfounded reports may be ignored.
Content rules and how they are applied. What is not allowed is listed in Section 12. A person at Yuniqa reviews each report and decides; no automated tool removes content or suspends an account. If information suggests a crime that threatens someone's life or safety, Yuniqa informs the competent authorities.
Decisions and appeal. When Yuniqa removes or restricts content or an account, the person concerned receives a statement of reasons by email: what was decided, the facts, and whether the content was illegal or against these Terms. The person who reported is told the outcome. Either of them can contest the decision by replying to that email within 6 months; Yuniqa reviews it again and answers with the result. You can also go to court, or contact the supervising authority.
Points of contact. Users: reports@yuniqa.ai, in English or French. Authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services: legal@yuniqa.ai, in Estonian, English or French. Yuniqa is supervised under the Digital Services Act by Estonia's Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet, ttja.ee).
12. Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, sanctions, court orders or another person's rights.
- Do not submit, disclose or publish data, images, recordings or confidential information without a valid right or permission.
- Do not exploit, endanger or sexualise children, facilitate trafficking, self-harm, violence or other serious harm.
- Do not create malware, steal credentials, evade security, probe without authorisation, disrupt the service or access another person's account or data.
- Do not impersonate, defraud, deceive, spam, manipulate civic processes or present AI output as authentically human where disclosure is legally required.
- Do not use Yuniqa for prohibited biometric categorisation, social scoring, unlawful surveillance, discriminatory decisions or other prohibited AI practices.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights.
- Do not resell, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass plan, rate, safety or access restrictions except where mandatory law permits it.
- Comply with the terms and permissions of connected services and AI providers made applicable before use.
13. Yuniqa intellectual property
Yuniqa and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, branding, documentation and content they provide, excluding your content and rights granted for output in Section 10. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during the contract, subject to mandatory law. No Yuniqa trademark licence is granted.
14. Availability, maintenance and changes
Yuniqa will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and in conformity with applicable consumer law. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages and events outside reasonable control can temporarily affect availability. Yuniqa does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access but will take reasonable steps to restore affected paid features.
Yuniqa may update a digital service where the contract allows a valid reason, the change creates no additional cost, clear information is provided, and any required advance notice, right to retain an unchanged version or right to terminate is respected. Security and conformity updates may be necessary.
15. Suspension, termination and data access
You may stop using Yuniqa, cancel renewal, and request account deletion at any time through the available controls. Cancellation and deletion are separate. To get a copy of your data before deletion, email support@yuniqa.ai and we will send you an export.
Yuniqa may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, security risk, non-payment, illegal use, or legal requirement. Except for urgent harm, fraud, security or a binding prohibition, Yuniqa will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Any explanation and appeal required by consumer law or the DSA will be provided.
Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or provisions that by nature survive, including intellectual-property ownership, dispute provisions and lawful retention. Refund and data-retrieval rights required by law remain unaffected.
16. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising from a failure to protect personal data where the law provides otherwise.
Subject to those rights, each party is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its breach. Yuniqa is not responsible for loss caused solely by inaccurate instructions, an unauthorised third-party account, unlawful user content, failure to apply an update after clear warning, or an independent third-party event outside Yuniqa's reasonable control, to the extent allowed by law.
If you use Yuniqa for work (for your trade, business, craft or profession, or for an organisation), you use it at your own risk. Yuniqa is not liable for lost profit, business or data, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months, except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The first paragraph of this section still applies. This paragraph does not apply when you use Yuniqa as a consumer.
17. Complaints and consumer mediation
First send a written complaint to support@yuniqa.ai or by post to Yuniqa OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, describing the issue and requested resolution. Yuniqa will answer within 15 days.
18. Governing law and courts
Estonian law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply in your country of habitual residence. You may bring proceedings before a court competent under applicable consumer and civil-procedure rules, including the courts available in your place of residence where the law provides.
19. Changes to these Terms
Yuniqa may change these Terms for legal or regulatory requirements, security, abuse prevention, provider or technology changes, new or retired features, or clarification. Material changes will be explained and notified sufficiently in advance where law requires. Changes do not apply retrospectively. If a change materially disadvantages an ongoing consumer subscription, Yuniqa will provide the applicable right to reject, cancel or obtain a remedy. Previous versions will remain accessible or available on request.
